Strawberry Shortcut Cake

• Yields: 1 cake
• Serves: 15

ingredients

• 1 white cake mix
• 1 cup water
• 2 eggs
• 1 1⁄2 cups mini marshmallows
• 1 (20 ounce) bag strawberries, frozen
• 2 (3 ounce) packages strawberry gelatin

directions

1. Combine cake mix, water and eggs.
2. In greased 9 x 13 pan, pour marshmallows evenly.
3. Pour cake batter mixture over marshmallows.
4. Combine strawberry jello and strawberries and spread over the batter.
5. Bake at 325 degrees for 40-45 minute.
