- 1⁄4 cup light rum
- 2 teaspoons fresh lime juice
- 2 cups strawberries, diced
- 2 cups vanilla ice cream
directions
- Place all ingredients in a blender & process until smooth.
- Pour into cocktail glasses & ENJOY!

This was super yummy, just like a strawberry daiquiri at my favorite restaurant, but a creamy version. The lime juice is a must, and I used really ripe strawberries which I think helped bring out the sweet strawberry flavor in this cocktail smoothie. Made for Please Review My Recipe tag game. -

This was so good and soooo bad! I loved it! What a way to make a strawberry daiquiri POP! I used a bit of light rum and a bit of coconut rum, and I was rewarded with a creamy, fruity island concoction! I will definitely be making these again! Thanks for sharing, Syd!
