Strawberry Cream Cheese Icing

"This is a delicious strawberry cream cheese icing, perfect for a party favor."

ingredients

• 1 (8 ounce) package cream cheese, softened
• 1 cup unsalted butter, softened
• 1⁄2 cup diced fresh strawberries
• 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
• 4 cups confectioners' sugar
• 1⁄4 teaspoon salt
• 4 drops artificial red food coloring

directions

1. In a larger mixing bowl, beat together cream cheese and butter with an electric mixer for 2-3 minutes or until fluffy.
2. Add in diced strawberries and vanilla and continue mixing.
3. Add confectioners sugar little 1 cup at a time, continue mixing.
4. Add in salt and mix until you reach your desired texture.
