Strawberry Cream Cheese Icing

- 1 (8 ounce) package cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup unsalted butter, softened
- 1⁄2 cup diced fresh strawberries
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 4 cups confectioners' sugar
- 1⁄4 teaspoon salt
- 4 drops artificial red food coloring
directions
- In a larger mixing bowl, beat together cream cheese and butter with an electric mixer for 2-3 minutes or until fluffy.
- Add in diced strawberries and vanilla and continue mixing.
- Add confectioners sugar little 1 cup at a time, continue mixing.
- Add in salt and mix until you reach your desired texture.
