Strawberry-Cinnamon No-Milkshake

"This is my new favorite snack/dessert. The ingredient amounts are just approximations; I never measure these out explicitly. I use ceylon cinnamon instead of the normal Chinese cinnamon. Use unsweetened soy milk to make it more diabetic-friendly."

  1. I doubled the recipe to make drinks for 2 of us, & then instead of water, I just used a bit more soymilk, almost another cup! Was also generous with the amount of frozen strawberries, but then, we like it thick, so that was no problem! The cinnamon was a great touch!
