Other Mac n cheese recipes I have made always have some oven time after combining everything. No need for this in this recipe?

This is fantastic and relatively quick to make. The only thing I changed was that I used shredded Colby Jack cheese in place of the sharp cheddar. It was a huge hit with the entire family! Super cheesy and creamy, yum!!

Perfect because you don't have to worry about your sauce breaking!!! I did add some cayenne, garlic powder, mustard powder and Worcestershire sauce but that's personal preference. Great base recipe!

My family loves mac and cheese and I am always looking at new and improved ways to make it. This is my family's favorite. Very creamy. Can be made ahead and then baked.
