Squid Salad

- 100 g baby calamari, cut

- 1 stalk parsley
- 1 stalk fresh coriander leaves
- 1 piece lime
- 1 tablespoon fish sauce
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 teaspoon sugar
- 3 pieces hot chili peppers

- 1 stalk rocket, salad
- 1 stalk lettuce, salad
- 1 piece onion, sliced thinly
directions
- Fry ingredient (A) with with a bit of olive oil and salt it to taste. You may add a pinch of black pepper if you like; set aside.
- Blend all ingredients in (B) then add in the squid. Let the herbs coat the squid evenly.
- Wash then pat dry the salads. Put in a bowl along with the onions. Dress the salad with the baby squids.
