- 1 lb lean ground beef
- 1⁄2 cup bean sprouts, chopped
- 1⁄4 cup water chestnut, chopped
- 1 teaspoon fresh ginger, chopped finely
- 1⁄2 teaspoon salt
- pepper
- 2 teaspoons soy sauce
directions
- Combine all ingredients.
- Shape into 4 large patties.
- Broil or barbecue to preferred doneness.
