Spinach Salad Dressing

ingredients
- 1 cup olive oil
- 1⁄3 cup catsup
- 1⁄3 cup sugar
- 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
- 1⁄2 cup mayonnaise (Hellman's or Dukes)
- 1 tablespoon grated onion
directions
- Mix all ingredients together.
- Serve over a spinach salad topped with boiled eggs, real bacon bits, with toasted sliced almonds.
- Add a little freshly grated parmesan cheese on top, if desired.

I'm not gonna rate this, because I changed it according to another reviewers suggestion, and added the vinegar. With the mayo, I don't personally consider it "spinach salad" dressing, but more of a Thousand Island/French dressing, and after adding the vinegar, it was excellent. I used it on both spinach salad, and a tossed salad with seafood/eggs/the works, and like it very much.
