  1. Nice salad dressing, similar to one I have posted. I enjoyed this with a spinach salad. I mixed some into the yellow rice we had for dinner and it was good in that too! Thanks BeachGirl!

  2. OHHH AHHH EASYYY!!!!! I put it all into a blender used only 1/8 cup sugar. Good stuff!

  3. I made this today for lunch and it was quite easy to make in my immersion blender. I added the vinegar and it came out just right. Very good and a keeper.

  4. I'm not gonna rate this, because I changed it according to another reviewers suggestion, and added the vinegar. With the mayo, I don't personally consider it "spinach salad" dressing, but more of a Thousand Island/French dressing, and after adding the vinegar, it was excellent. I used it on both spinach salad, and a tossed salad with seafood/eggs/the works, and like it very much.

  5. Whoa...this is good, but there is one big problem. You definitely need vinegar to balance out all of the oil and mayonnaise. Add 1/3 cup of red wine vinegar, and this recipe comes together amazingly well. Delicious!
