ingredients

• 3 ounces cream cheese
• 1 1⁄2 cups sour cream
• 1⁄2 cup water chestnut, coarsely chopped
• 1⁄4 cup pimento stuffed olive, sliced
• 1 (1 ounce) envelope Italian salad dressing mix

directions

1. Blend cheese and sour cream until smooth.
2. Add remaining ingredients and chill.
3. Serve with fritos.
