This was easy and tasty! I have a very finicky 20 yr old son with Asperger's Syndrome and who questions every food put in front of him and he enjoyed it too. I felt that it served 6 when paired with a tossed green salad. I used mild Italian link sausages and was slightly aprehensive about the amount of hot sauce. But I risked it and used the recipe amount of 1/4 c. and it was just the right degree of spicy for our family. My son said he'd eat it again so this recipe is going into rotation. A nice budget meal! Thanks!
