  • Sprinkle chops with salt and let sit for 30 minutes.
  • Heat oven to 375 degrees.
  • Coat Pork chops with dijon mustard.
  • Combine bread crumbs and spices in bowl, then cover pork chops with bread crumb mixture.
  • Heat oil over med./med. high heat to 400 degrees.
  • Add crushed red pepper to oil, then place chops in pan.
  • Cook pork chops 3-4 minutes per side, until bread crumbs are lightly browned on both sides.
  • Transfer pan to oven for 10-15 minutes, depending on thickness (boneless may cook faster).
