Spicy Lemon Garlic Marinade

"I am not sure where I found this recipe, but I have adapted it to suite my needs. I have used it for chicken...but plan on trying it with pork tenderloin Perfect for OMAC"

• Yields: 3/4 cup

ingredients

• 3 lemons, juice of
• 1 teaspoon lemon zest, chopped
• 1 teaspoon mixed peppercorns, crushed
• 2 tablespoons sesame oil
• 3 tablespoons maple syrup
• 3 garlic, minced
• 1⁄2 - 1 teaspoon chili paste

directions

1. Combine the ingredients and marinate.
