  • Combine flour, milk, eggs, sugar, oil, molasses, and spices in bowl.
  • Beat with electric mixer until well blended.
  • Heat a lightly greased skillet (6-inch) or crepe pan.
  • Remove from heat and spoon in 2 tablespoons of batter. Lift and tilt skillet to spread batter evenly.
  • Return to heat and brown on one side.
  • Invert pan over paper towels or napkins and remove crepe.
  • Repeat until all the batter is used.
