- 2 quarts beef broth
- 1 quart tomato juice
- 2 cups fried onions
- 6 lbs bison meat, cut into cubes
- 2 cups corn oil
- 2 teaspoons caynene pepper
directions
- heat corn oil in skillet stir fry bison meat till browned.
- in deep pot place beef broth tomato juice and fried onions and Bison cook at simmer 3 hours.
- add cayanne pepper simer for 1 hour more.
- serve hot.
