  • Mix all but the wrappers and frying oil together.
  • Place a dollop of this stuff on a wrapper, roll it up nice and tight and fry them in oil (doesn't have to be super deep if you turn them!) until browned all about.
  • Serve with hoisin or black-bean garlic sauce and some chili sauce.
