"Wonderful combination of fall fruits, and a great new way to do cranberries for the holidays. Found this in a cooking club of America magazine. Look for my holiday menu to find matches for a great holiday meal."

 1. This was super easy to make and was a big hit at our thanksgiving dinner. I used fresh figs so I cut the water in half; consistancy was perfect. I added the fresh figs about half way through the cooking process as well. Thanks for posting.

In general, cooking is a passion and a hobby. I love to try new recipes and I love it even more when a new recipe comes out spectacular. I work full time, and am a wife and mother, so sometimes cooking becomes a chore. I try to keep it fresh by planning out the week in meals, trying a new recipe a week, and cooking enough to freeze dinners for those evenings with a tight schedule.
