ingredients

  • 12 cup banana, sliced
  • 12 cup mango, chopped (or you may use papayas or guava)
  • 2 cups milk
  • 1 tablespoon honey

directions

  • Place all ingredients in food processor workbowl fitted with steel blade or in blender container; cover and process on high speed until smooth.
  • Strain if using mango.

  3. Very tasty, but rather heavy smoothie. I'd like to try this recipe using water instead of milk, but that would make it a slush. Perhaps substituting half the milk with cold water would serve the purpose as well. The honey offers a very nice flavour to this smoothie.
