- 1 steak tomatoes
- 6 tablespoons prepared pesto sauce
- 6 slices lowfat mozzarella cheese
directions
- Preheat the oven to Broil.
- Slice the tomato to 6 even slices .
- Top each slice with a tbsp of pesto and a slice of cheese.
- Broil until cheese is melted and eat away.
