ingredients
- 1⁄2 cup butter, room temp
- 1⁄2 cup brown sugar
- 1⁄2 cup sugar
- 1 egg
- 1⁄3 cup peanut butter
- 1⁄2 teaspoon baking soda
- 1⁄2 teaspoon salt
- 1⁄2 cup flour
- 1⁄2 cup whole wheat flour
- 1 cup old-fashioned oatmeal
- 1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips

- 1⁄2 cup powdered sugar
- 2 tablespoons peanut butter
- 2 tablespoons milk
directions
- Cream butter and sugars. Add egg and peanut butter; mix well. Stir in baking soda, salt, flour and oatmeal. Press into a 9x13 inch baking pan. Sprinkle chocolate chips over top. Bake 20-25 min or until golden brown. Remove from oven and drizzle with icing. Cool completely and cut into squares.
