Smoky Whiskey Beef Marinade

"This is a great grilling marinade for steaks."

• Yields: 2 cups
• Serves: 4

ingredients

• 2 tablespoons oil
• 1 tablespoon Accent seasoning
• 1 tablespoon red onion, finely diced
• 1 tablespoon onion powder
• 1 tablespoon soy sauce
• 1 tablespoon Kitchen Bouquet
• 1 tablespoon garlic, chopped
• 2 teaspoons black pepper
• 2 teaspoons kosher salt
• 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
• 1 teaspoon liquid, mesquite smoke
• 1 cup smoky whiskey (Jack Daniels)

directions

1. In a mason jar, add all ingredients and cover.
2. Shake well to mix.
3. Marinade steaks at least one hour before use.
