Smoked Salmon, Onion, & Cucumber Brunch Salad

"I saw a similar recipe in one of Martha Stewart's Everyday Food magazines and let it inspire me to create this dish for a brunch party. It was so simple and yummy!"

  • In a glass bowl, whisk together vinegar, olive oil, honey, garlic, and lemon zest.
  • Add onions, cucumbers, chives, parsley, and smoked salmon to the bowl and toss. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  • Serve immediately with cream cheese and bagels. This can be refrigerated for up to 4 hours maximum.
  • I like this dish for brunch with a crisp pomegranate mimosa :).
