Slow Cooker Moo Shu Pork

"Got this from Family Circle Mag. Chinese in a slow cooker..doesn't get any easier. The recipe calls for tortillas, but it is much better as is with rice."

  • 1. Stir together hoisin, garlic, sesame oil, soy sayce and cornstarch, set aside.
  • 2. Place coleslaw mix and carrots in slow cooker. Sprinkle pork on top. Drizzle with 1/4 Celsius hoisin sauce mixture. Cover and cook High 4 hours or Low 6 hours.
  • 3. Remove cover, stir in remaining 1/2 Celsius hoisin sauce mixture.
  • 4. Heat tortillas (if using). Place 1/2 Celsius pork mixture in center and roll up.
  • OR - serve on top of rice.
