DIRECTIONS

  • In a skillet cook your hamburger and onions together until done and drain grease. In 2 cups of water add your beef granules and allow to sit for a few minutes while your hamburger cooks. Spray crock pot and add your diced potatoes and add hamburger and onion. Pour the 2 cups with beef granules over the potatoes and hamburger mixture. Add your minced garlic then. Cook on high for 2 hours. Then add 4 more cups of water and your egg noodles and cook for another 30 minutes or so til egg noodles are done. Add your salt and pepper if you desire. Might already be flavored enough so I suggest you try a taste first.
