Slow Cooker BBQ Pulled Pork Sandwiches

ingredients
- 3 lbs boneless pork roast
- 1 cup chopped celery
- 1 cup chopped onion
- 1 cup ketchup
- 1 cup barbecue sauce
- 1 cup water
- 2 tablespoons vinegar
- 2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
- 2 tablespoons brown sugar
- 1 teaspoon chili powder
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1⁄2 teaspoon pepper
- 1⁄2 teaspoon garlic powder
directions
- Place roast in slow cooker.
- Combine remaining ingredients in a bowl and pour over roast.
- Cover and cook on high for 6-7 hours.
- Shred the meat and mix it with the sauce (Note - You may want to thicken the sauce some).
- Great for making sandwiches or using in other recipes. The sauce is good on rice too.
