Very tender and delicious! I think next time I will add the bbq sauce the last hour of cooking though, and drain some of the liquid off first. I found the sauce to be too watery for my tastes, but I will definately make this again! Even my hubby who normally doesn't like ribs thought they were great! Thanks for posting a great recipe!

OUTSTANDING!!!! Who would have ever thought such a simple recipe could make such tasty ribs. But, it does. I have a 5 year old who is an extremely picky eater, but he tore into these like there was no tomorrow. A real winner. I can't wait to make them again. By the way, don't try to pick them up by the bone, it will just fall out......

I used Beef instead of pork and 2 portions of Mille's sauce recipe (http://www.recipezaar.com/Smoky-Sauce-for-Ribs-18917). I left the extra sauce instead of draining it as some suggested because I was serving it with noodles. I also used ribs off the bone so they cooked for less time in the crock pot.

I read through the reviews but didn't feel like draining anything, so I left it as it was. I did use beef ribs instead of pork. I also doubled the amount. I was barely able to stuff 6 lbs of ribs into my crock pot, but it worked! I used two bottles of BBQ sauce and I did add a chopped shallot to the chopped onion as well. Either way, it turned out great. I fished out what we didn't eat and dumped all the liquid. Worked out great! Thanks!
