  • Spray pan with cooking spray.
  • Cook turkey, onion, peppers and garlic until brown.
  • Drain on paper towel.
  • Return to skillet and add rest of ingredients and cook about 10 minutes.
  • Serve on buns.

  2. Wonderful healthy dinner that tastes great, too! Served on whole wheat buns. Around here no one likes ground turkey but they all loved this recipe. I was shocked when my picky 10 year-old, who usually picks out any flecks of veggies including onion, said he liked it. Definitely a do-again recipe! Thanks for sharing!
     
  3. Now this is one great keeper of a recipe. Absolutely delicious. I even froze leftovers and that was marvelous as well. I recommend using the food processor to make all that vegetable chopping and shredding quick and easy. I love it when healthy food tastes sooo good, Melody.
