ingredients

¹⁄₂ cup light sour cream
2 tablespoons brown sugar
2 cups strawberries, sliced
4 strawberries, garnish

directions

Preheat broiler.
Spread the sour cream in a broiler safe glass pan.
Sprinkle with brown sugar.
Broil until sugar has caramelized.
Cool slightly.
Add strawberries.
Toss to coat.
Refrigerate for 8 hours.
