This is simple salsa and a good starter to what I was searching for. Its very colorful and has a nice taste but I did add a few things to give it the salsa style I was searching for. I added some tomato paste, touch of water, accent to enhance it a bit. It really did turn out nice and I want to say Thank you for sharing your recipe!

Hot and spicy. Life is just too short for bland food.
I think food should be a pleasure not just something to get you through the day. What irritates me is fast food (really it's called junk food for a very good reason) and processed food with very high quantities of fat, salt and sugar. Basically I like a meal to be an event in my day (does not mean that I spend hours cooking) to relax with my family or friends.
If I had a month off work, I would spend my time trying to create the perfect curry sauce.
