  • Preheat oven to 350.
  • Melt butter and peanut butter in microwave.
  • Mix in baking powder, egg, protein powder, brown sugar, and milk until smooth.
  • Stir in chocolate chips, peanut butter chips, and oats.
  • Press into a 9x9 pan.
  • Bake for 20-25 minutes.
  • Mixture will harden as it cools.
  • Cut into squares when cool.
