  • Combine oil, soy sauce, salt and green chilli in a bowl.
  • Add mushrooms and stir to combine.
  • Set aside for 5 minutes.
  • Place remaining ingredients in a large bowl and toss to combine.
  • Add mushroom mixture stir and serve.
