"Sauerkraut and Meat Soup This is a very good and easy to make soup"

• Yields: 1 pot of soup
• Serves: 2-3

ingredients

• 1 1⁄4 lbs beef
• 1⁄2 lb pork
• 2 1⁄2 - 3 1⁄2 cups sauerkraut
• 1⁄2 cup sour cream
• 1 carrot
• 1 parsley
• 2 onions
• 2 potatoes
• 3 bay leaves
• 4 cloves garlic
• 1 tablespoon dill
• 8 black peppercorns

directions

1. Pour the beef and ham with boiling water, add an onion, potatoes and a part of roots (whole), boil for 1.
2. 5 hours until the meat is half-ready.
3. Then add the sauerkraut and chopped onion, the rest of the roots cut in strips and continue to boil for 1 hour.
