- 4 slices cooked turkey breast
- 3 tablespoons sesame oil
- 1 cup sesame seeds
- 1⁄2 teaspoon salt
- 1⁄8 teaspoon black pepper
- 1⁄8 teaspoon cayenne pepper
- 3 tablespoons peanut oil
- 1 garlic clove, crushed
- 1⁄2 tablespoon sesame oil
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
directions
- Brush turkey to taste with sesame oil and dredge in mixture of sesame seeds, salt, black pepper and cayenne pepper.
- In skillet, saute slices in heated peanut oil until brown on both sides.
- Remove to platter.
- Deglaze skillet with garlic, sesame oil, and soy sauce. Pour sauce over turkey.
