DIRECTIONS

  • Saute green onions and garlic in sesame oil until tender, about 5 minutes.
  • Add cabbage, bell pepper, carrots and mushrooms and saute until vegetables are crisp-tender, about 5 minutes.
  • Add vegetable broth to saucepan; heat to boiling.
  • Stir in noodles; return to boiling.
  • Reduce heat and simmer, uncovered, until noodles are just tender, 1-2 minutes. Season to taste with salt and pepper.
