- 1⁄2 cup heavy cream (whipping cream)

- Combine mustard and sugar and whisk into cream. Whip until stiff.

WOW! I did make recipe#424623 to go with this. It was such a surprise....I overbeat the cream so the kids were tremendously excited about having whipped cream with dinner, lol. BUT there's quite a kick from the mustard! Unexpected but excellent. We loved how it softened over the meat, potatoes & onions. Really quite a simple dish with really special flavor!
