This is a good chicken fried steak recipe and I especially liked the gravy method. I'm not the greatest gravy maker but it turned out great. I did make a mistake in using the leftover seasoned flour for the gravy.......the taste of chili powder was a little unusual but that was my fault for not using plain flour. Made for Football Pool game 2012.
