Scrumptious Pumpkin Bars W/ Cream Cheese Frosting

  • Pumpkin bars:

  • In a large bowl, beat together eggs, sugaar, oil and pumpkin.
  • Stir in flour, baking powder, salt, cinnamon and baking soda.
  • Spread into ungreased 15x10 pan.
  • Bake for 25-30 minutes.
  • Let cool completely, frost and cut into bars.
  • Frosting:

  • Cream together cream cheese and butter.
  • Stir in vanilla extract and powdered sugar.
  • Beat until smooth.
