ingredients
- 4 quality sausages or 4 low fat sausages
- 1 red onion, chopped
- 150 g chestnut mushrooms, sliced
- 2 garlic cloves, chopped
- 1 tablespoon balsamic vinegar
- 1 sprig rosemary
- 1 (400 g) can chopped tomatoes
- 10 -12 basil leaves
- 1 table spoon olive oil
- sprinkling parmesan cheese (optional)
- 500 g gnocchi (About 90p from pasta isle in supermarkets)

- Prep your ingredients.
- You will need a frying pan, a pot to cook gnocchi and a sharpe knife!
