Saucy Stir-Fry

INGREDIENTS

    lb chicken breast, boneless
  • 14
    teaspoon ginger, ground
  • 2
    tablespoons sesame oil
  • 4
    cups Birds Eye Seven Vegetable Stir Fry (or any preferred stir-fry mix)
  • 1
    (12 ounce) jar chicken gravy (Heinz)
  • 2
    tablespoons soy sauce
  • 1
    dash pepper
  • 2
    cups white rice, cooked (brown can be substituted)

DIRECTIONS

  • Heat sesame oil in large skillet.
  • Start cooking rice according to directions on package.
  • Stir-fry meat and ginger in skillet, remove.
  • Stir fry vegetables in oil (add more if required) until tender-crisp.
  • Return meat to skilled, mix with vegetables, gravy, soy sauce, and pepper.
  • Serve meat/vegetable mix onver rice.
