Salsa Rollups

"I love how fast and easy this is, but I must confess I found it a little plain, and I used a pico de gallo instead of salsa for the onions, cilantro, and fresh tomatoes. I added some ham and turkey and olives and pepperoncini's and whatever else I could find that would make this taste like a sandwich. I also found if I covered the entire tortilla with the cream cheese mixture it stuck together better, but I'll post it as written. Fast snack for guests, or kids, or your lunch. My personal preference is to make the mixture and have it in the fridge ready to go, and then wrap when it's time to eat."
