I'm in my mid 40s and am easy-going, educated, somewhat earthy-crunchy, down to earth, outdoorsy & natural, and a true-blue type. I'm very into organic gardening and cooking with what I grow. I cook all varieties and styles of food. For health purposes, among other reasons, we eat a lot of vegan dishes. Although we are not strict vegetarians or vegans, I appreciate and admire the culture and enjoy the challenge and education I get while cooking vegan. My cookbook has finally been published and is better than I ever imagined it could be!! It is packed with 500 recipes and is full of recipes that have been in my family for generations. The gorgeous artwork of midwest artist Sharon France graces the cover and the dividers. Check out www.cinagrofarm.com. You can order there, on Amazon or at Target.com.
