Rosebud Cheese Spread

"This dip is great for weddings and bridal showers, as well as potlucks. I know the rosebuds sound a little strange. But the people at my old office just loved this."

• Ingredients: 7
• Yields: 1 Log

ingredients

• 1 package cream cheese
• 2 tablespoons grated parmesan cheese
• 1⁄4 cup green pepper, finely chopped
• 1 tablespoon onion, finely chopped
• 2 teaspoons chopped pimiento
• 1 dash ground red pepper
• 1 package rosebuds or 1 package rose hips

directions

1. Combine all ingredients except rosebuds.
2. Mix until well blended.
3. Chill.
4. Shape into a log.
5. Decorate with Rosebuds and serve with crackers.
