- 1⁄2 cup margarine
- 3 tablespoons cocoa
- 1⁄2 cup rolled oats
- 1 cup boiling water
- 1 1⁄2 cups brown sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 1 cup flour
- 1⁄4 teaspoon salt
- 2 eggs, beaten
directions
- Mix first 4 ingredients.
- Let stand to cool for a few minutes.
- Add next ingredients in order.
- Mix well.
- Pour into 8x8 inch greased cake pan.
- Bake for 40 minutes in 350 degree oven.
