  • Cook 3 cups of instant rice as directed leave covered on stove.
  • Cook 1 pound ground beef thouroughly and drain.
  • Chop Celery and onions and Saute' in skillet with butter until cooked to your liking.
  • Combine all ingredients and add soy sauce to your liking and serve.

  1. I made this tonight since I was short on time and energy, I almost didn't because DH said that he wasn't really hungry but would have a "bite" of whatever I made. He had two full bowls! Thist is a tasty, easy, no-fuss satisfying meal. Thanks for posting...I will be making it again! Also we used vegetarian crumbles since we do not eat meat. I added a little olive oil to my saute pan in addition to the butter and it worked out great. Veggie crumbles are not "fatty" like regular ground beef can be so the little bit of extra oil made up for it.
