- 1⁄2 a cup butter
- 1 egg
- 1 teaspoon Anjou pear, vannila
- 6 ounces semi-sweet chocolate chips
- 1 1⁄4 cups all-purpose flour
- 1⁄2 teaspoon baking soda
- 1⁄4 teaspoon salt
- 2 cups rice krispies cereal
- 1 cup sugar or 2/3 white sugar and 1/3 brown sugar
directions
- Cream butter and sugar.
- Add egg and vanilla, mix well.
- Sift flour, baking soda and salt, add to cream.
- Add cereal and chocolate chips.
- Drop by rounded teaspoonful on parchment paper lined cookie sheets.
- Bake at 350 degrees Fahrenheit for 10-12 minutes, until edges are lightly browned.
- Remove to cooling rack while warm.
