- 1 (28 ounce) can diced tomatoes
- 1⁄2 cup chopped white onion
- 1 cup fresh jalapeno
- 1 handful fresh cilantro
- 3 tablespoons lemon juice (optional) or 3 tablespoons lime juice (optional)
- 1 teaspoon garlic salt
- 1 teaspoon cumin
- 1 teaspoon chili powder
- 1⁄4 teaspoon salt
- 1⁄2 teaspoon black pepper
directions
- Blend all ingredients in a blender and blend on the setting of how you like it (chunky or thin). Pour in a bowl and enjoy!
