- 30 ounces chocolate chip cookie dough rolls
- 12 peanut butter cups
- 1 (16 ounce) package brownie mix
directions
- Preheat oven to 350.
- Prepare brownie mix as directed on package; Set aside.
- Separate cookie dough into 12 equal parts and press into greased muffin pan.
- Place one peanut butter cup on top of each cookie dough.
- Scoop brownie batter over each peanut butter cup about 90% full.
- Bake 18-20 minutes.

What brand "muffin" tin did you use? There was very little room left to put 90% of the brownie mixture at the top and I used a muffin tin.
