  • Brew 150ml Redbush & Vanilla tea, add the chopped pitted dates and dried figs then leave aside to absorb and cool.
  • Combine the oats, ground almond, chia seeds, cinnamon and drained fruit in a blender. Pulse a few times then blend for 30 seconds. The mixture should have a breadcrumb like texture.
  • Add the lemon juice and agave nectar then blitz for a further minute or so until the ingredients start to form a ball.
  • Remove the mix from the blender and press it into a lined baking tray. Slice up some fresh figs and arrange them on top. Chill the bars in the fridge overnight then slice into even sized bars, wrapping each individually so you're ready to go!
  • These should keep in the fridge for a few weeks and in the freezer for up to 3 months.
