Red Onion Salad Dressing
"This is a great, zesty dressing, just looking for a salad! It's easy, doubles and triples great. Feel free to use your favorite spice blend."

ingredients
- 1⁄2 cup olive oil
- 1⁄4 cup red wine vinegar
- 2 tablespoons red onions, minced
- 1⁄4 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1⁄4 teaspoon basil
- 1⁄4 teaspoon Lawry's Seasoned Salt
- 1⁄4 teaspoon black pepper
- 1⁄4 teaspoon salt
directions
- Combine all ingredients in a blender and blend at top speed for 1 minute.
- Chill overnight and store in refrigerator.

Cooking is my passion, and I am slowly, but surely beginning to venture into the world of baking. To me, cooking is so much easier because baking is so much more exact.
I love to make Italian and Mexican food the best, followed by Chinese and last, but by far the least, good old American food! How can you beat chicken fried steak, mashed potatoes and gravy?? I love to find several recipes and put my own spin on them and create a new recipe.
