- 1 1⁄4 cups onions, chopped
- 2 3⁄4 cups celery, chopped
- 1 cup dill pickle relish
- 3 cups Hellmann's mayonnaise
directions
- Drain the juices from the relish, onions, and celery.
- Combine with mayonnaise.

Miss Annie I can't thank you enough for this yummy recipe! My husband hates all tarter sauce,but he tried this recipe and is hooked! I did add a touch of lemon juice and in addition to the chopped onions,added some onion powder,just to kick it up a few notches (even though it didn't need it!). I will never buy tarter sauce again! We had it with whiting and hush puppies. Love at first taste!!!Reply
