Quickie Strawberry Jello Sundaes

"This is a really fun sundae to make with children. Adults will love it too. You can also use different jello flavors and ice cream. Ready in a jif!"

• Serves: 12

ingredients

• 1 (3 ounce) package strawberry Jell-O gelatin dessert
• 2⁄3 cup boiling water
• vanilla ice cream

directions

1. Divide the ice cream into dishes, depending on how many you want to serve.
2. Dissolve jello in boiling water in a bowl and stir until dissolved.
3. Pour a little hot jello mix over each dish of ice cream.
4. The sauce thickens as it touches the cold ice cream.

sounds good! The jello sort of acts like the Hard shell chocolate sauce i see in the supermarket! when it hits ice cream the sauce hardens or in this case the jelo sets! (also, I like the flavor of hot cherry jello non set!)
